• “Goods” refers to Items that are available for purchase on our website.
• “Orders” refers to Requests to purchase Goods from us.
• “Service” refers to The Bione website, accessible at www.bione.in.
• “You” refers to The individual or entity accessing the Service.

Order Processing & Shipping

At Bione, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible:

ORDER PROCESSING

• Please allow 24-48 to process your order.
• Expect an email within 24-48 working hours to let you know your order is on the way.

For Non-Prescription Orders

• Order Timing
  • Same-day shipping for orders placed before 4 PM.
  • Next-day shipping for orders placed after 4 PM.
• Delivery Time
  • 5-6 Working days for most locations, depending on proximity to our warehouses in Bangalore.
  • Remote areas (e.g., Jammu & Kashmir, North East India) may take up to 10 Working days when shipped via India Post, Shiprocket.

For Cash-On-Delivery (COD) Orders

• A confirmation call will be made to verify your address.
• Same-day shipping is for confirmed orders before 4 PM; next-day is for confirmations after.
• Delivery follows the same timeline as non-prescription orders.

For Prescription Orders

• Our health coaches and assistants will coordinate with you for a free consultation with our expert Nutritionist and health Coaches.
• Orders are shipped the same day if the prescription process is completed before 4 PM; otherwise, the next day.
• Delivery times align with non-prescription orders.

Shipping Charges

• Online Payments: Rs.250 shipping.
• Cash-On-Delivery (COD): Rs.250 shipping.

Shipping Coverage

We ship across India and cover most pin codes. If your area isn’t serviced, our customer service team will reach out to you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email and whatsapp with order and tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours over call confirmation or email us at support@bione.in

If the product has already been shipped, cancellation can not be made. No cancellation fee will apply to cover the return delivery expenses for COD orders.

Once we ship the product the order can only be canceled by incurring a Rs. 250 to-&-fro delivery expense. In case of partial payment made for the order, the partial amount will not be refunded post cancellation.

Consultation Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your consultation, simply inform our customer care executive when they contact you.

If you selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven’t paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive a refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
